  • All mattresses and bases sold on Tuftandneedle.com are conveniently delivered using our complimentary White Glove Delivery experience. Typically, within 1 week of placing your order, you’ll be contacted by our shipping partner to select a delivery day that works best for your schedule. The day of your delivery, you’ll get a call confirming your delivery window. Upon delivery, they will set up your new mattress and remove your old mattress and any packaging for that mattress. Most items ship in 2-4 weeks. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

What is the weight capacity of the baselogic® Adjustable Base? 

This base is not rated to support weights over 750 pounds, including the mattress and bedding, provided it is evenly distributed across the bed base.

What type of mattress can be used on a baselogic® Adjustable Base? 

All mattresses offered directly through Tuftandneedle.com will work well on the baselogic® Adjustable Base.

For any non-Tuft & Needle mattresses, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to see if your mattress is adjustable-friendly.

Can a headboard be attached to this base? 

Yes, however, headboard brackets are optional and would need to be purchased separately from Ergomotion.

Do baselogic® Adjustable Bases have a wall hugger feature? 

No, these bases do not include a wall hugger feature.
