- Remove cover from insert before washing. Machine wash cold water with like colors, on gentle or delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Line dry only. Allow cover to dry completely before using. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not wash insert.

The Essential Dog Bed comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects, including holes, voids, rips, tears, or zippers, and other manufacturing defects outside normal wear and tear. The coverage of this warranty does not include comfort preference or damage occurring after the first year or as a result of normal wear and tear. Our Essential Dog Beds come with a 100-Night Sleep Trial, and a hassle-free return process. If our Dog Beds aren’t meeting your expectations, simply reach out to us at help@tn.com or (877) 842-2586.
- Do you ship the Essential Dog Bed to Hawaii or Alaska?
- Yes, we do offer standard FedEx shipping to Hawaii and Alaska but do charge a non-refundable shipping fee. See below for the shipping fees for each size.

Large $150 - Can I exchange my Essential Dog Bed?
- If you're still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through Tuft & Needle, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product.
Give us a call at 877-842-2586 so we can walk you through the process. We'll place your new order over the phone, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference accordingly), and walk you through the steps for the donation of the original product.
