Meditation is solitary by definition, but The Big Quiet seeks to create a shared practice with hosted mass meditations in some of the most iconic locations around the nation. By combining traditional breathing exercises, musical performances, and group vocalizations, The Big Quiet brings hundreds of people together at each event.
Not only do these events support wellness and community in each city they visit, but portions of the ticket sales go toward larger-scale social impact projects like Chooose and Kula for Karma.
For their fall tour, Tuft & Needle paired up with The Big Quiet and crafted plush meditation cushions for each of the event attendees. Check out some highlights from the 2019 fall tour below.
